Stability.Portal Entre is technically a QoL thing to get the ranged group back to Decima in the split phase. It is less "required" than the melee group's portal and can be swapped out if you want different utility like 
Tale of the Honorable Rogue.Blink to go away from Decima over the 
Fulgent Fence, then use your 
Mental Collapse to get back over them. 
Phantasmal Lancer will not go through the fences, but can be used as a gap closer if needed.
Singularity Shot, Tale of the Second Scion and a 3 note 
Harmonious Harp to heal everyone up. If you find you need more healing, you could hold 
Crescendo during the Defiance bar for additional barrier. For the timing, watch the Defiance bar and count to 5s afterwards, which is when the big damage will start.Stability for each of the Concentric circle/Jump attacks. This can come from Mantra of Concentration or Crescendo. You can also give 
Aegis with Harmonious Harp from the 
Inspiring Distortion trait.Signet of Humility, 
Deafening Drum, Crescendo (when used after F3 due to 
Altered Chord), 
Phantasmal Sharpshooter and Mental Collapse (when used after
