One of the best alacrity healers on the market right now for Ura, providing an absurd amount of stability, cleanse, CC, and of course healing, as well as bursty overcapped boons on a huge 600 radius!
Alacrity each time you use a Forge skill--but the main skill only, the flip skill doesn't give any (nor do autos).
Dazzling Hammer is might, fury, 200 CC, and a blast finisher. Flip skill does nothing, for our purposes.
Gleaming Blade is a leap, use it to get around. Flip skill does nothing.
Radiant Bulwark is a channeled block. Flip skill is 400 CC!
Virtue of Justice gives might.

Shield of Wrath blocks attacks, use them to keep yourself alive while doing toxics.
Luminous Staff is resolution, protection, and a light field. Flip skill is a huge heal and cleanse, and 10% damage reduction for allies!
Radiant Resolve is a condi cleanse and big heal, and makes your next Forge3 an even bigger heal.
Radiant Courage gives stability, resistance, aegis, and protection, is a personal stunbreak, and makes your next Forge5 give barrier.Resolute Stance is a massive heal and cleanses three conditions.
Sanctuary heals, is a light field, blocks projectiles (especially important in P4), and pulses 150 CC/s for 7s, totalling 1050 CC!Hallowed Ground gives one stack of 3.5s of stability/s over 10s, try to use it on the group from range while you're away doing toxics.Valorous Stance gives stability and big heals.
Renewed Focus is a channeled invulnerability, which will also reset cooldowns on your virtues when it ends--use it in spicy situations!Use 
Symbol of Blades for movement and Ray of Judgment and Shield of Wrath to cleanse and block attacks during double drops.
