Alacrity is given when using 
Dragon Slash—Force, 
Dragon Slash—Boost, or 
Dragon Slash—Reach. You don't need to hit a target for Alacrity and the charging level also doesn't matter for it. However, charging level does matter for the additional effects. And you generally want to hit an enemy in order to proc 
Marching Orders.
Dragon Trigger followed by a few gunsaber skills and then swapping to Staff for 
Valiant Leap, 
Line Breaker, and 
Defiant Roar, depending on what is needed. If you need a movement skill, always make sure to save one.
Might comes from Dragon Slash—Force (scales with charging level), Valiant Leap 
"For Great Justice!" and Marching Orders. You have plenty of Might in general and don't need to use all @dragontriggers on 1, or all Valiant Leap on group, so use those as needed. "For Great Justice!" charges at the start of phases.
Regeneration comes from 
Balanced Strike and 
Blooming Fire.
Swiftness comes form 
Relic of Febe, so make sure to regularly cast 
"To the Limit!" next to the group.Balanced Strike, Valiant Leap, Line Breaker, Defiant Roar all heal. Especially Line Breaker and Defiant Roar are big heals.Blooming Fire, 
Artillery Slash, 
Cyclone Trigger also all heal your group.
Aegis can be given with Line Breaker.
Stability comes from Marching Orders due to 
Martial Cadence when hitting an enemy with Dragon Trigger skills and from 
Banner of Tactics.
Protection comes from Marching Orders and Line Breaker."To the Limit!" thanks to 
Shrug It Off, or by using Cyclone Trigger.Dragon Slash—Reach is a huge CC, that can be pre-charged for Orb CCs. During Invisibility when enemy mobs are moving closer, make sure to wait until they are stacked up before using Dragon Trigger, or otherwise they might slow down rapidly if they target you.
Snap Pull and Artillery Slash also CC, so make sure to use them after CCing with Dragon Slash—Reach if needed.Snap Pull can be useful to pull enemy adds toward the group, specifically during Jormag and Mordremoth.Banner of Tactics on top of the group for
