A relatively easy to play Alacrity Kiter with good Crowd control and lots of boons. Can run Battle Standard for emergency ranged revives, or "We Will Never Yield!" for some Superspeed and mechanics survival cheese.

If you don't have Relic of the Tyrian Hero, you can use Relic of Febe instead for Swiftness.
Heightened Focus can be played instead of Burst Mastery, depending on personal preference.
Relic of Speed can be taken as well, but then you need to make sure to either often pulse Swiftness from Chant of Freedom, or that someone else covers Swiftness.
If ranged pushing in Orb 2 is not needed, then you can also run Staff/Staff and use the weapon swap regularly for extra adrenaline.

Paragon provides all boons except Quickness.
Alacrity is given by using your Chants: Chant of Action, Chant of Recuperation, Chant of Freedom. The amount of Alacrity in general is so plentiful, that you don't need to use all your Chants off cooldown. You can save Chant of Freedom in particular for when you need Stability, or Superspeed (with Liberating Liaise traited).
Might is generated by Chant of Action, Valiant Leap, Empower Allies, Marching Orders (which procs when hitting enemies with Path to Victory). Capping Might is very straightforward due to the low cooldown of Chant of Action.
The second weapon set uses Spear, mainly for ranged pushing and some extra Orb Crowd control. During phases, you can simply camp Staff.
At the start of the fight, you can use "We Shall Return!" and "Brace Yourselves!" just for the extra adrenaline and immediately open with Chant of Action, Chant of Recuperation, Chant of Freedom, Chant of Action (Chant of Action will be ready again due to the cooldown reduction from Feverish Pulse. Follow with Valiant Leap and Line Breaker and then most of your boons will be up already.
The general gameplay loop revolves around cycling through Chant of Action and Chant of Recuperation (use Chant of Freedom only when you need it for Stability, or Superspeed, or if you know you won't need either until it's ready again), Path to Victory for Marching Orders procs and Valiant Leap, Line Breaker, and Defiant Roar for healing and boons. Make sure to safe Valiant Leap, or Line Breaker if you know you'll need a movement skill.

Healing comes mostly from Valiant Leap, Line Breaker, Defiant Roar and "We Shall Return!". Path to Victory heals as well and has additional heals through Marching Orders (Soldier's Comfort).
Some Barrier comes from "Brace Yourselves!" and Chant of Recuperation.
Stability is provided via Banner of Tactics, Chant of Freedom and Martial Cadence through Path to Victory. Cycle through them as needed.
Specifically for Mordremoth waves, start with Banner of Tactics for the first wave and use Chant of Freedom for the last one. Then for the second set of waves, swap the order (because Banner of Tactics will still be on cooldown): use Chant of Freedom first and Banner of Tactics second).
Because Martial Cadence resets the cooldown of Marching Orders, you can weapon swap to Spear and use F1 to proc some extra Stability on demand.
Aegis can be given with Line Breaker.
Chant of Freedom is also a group Stun break.
Condition Cleanse comes from "We Shall Return!" and Path to Victory via Martial Cadence. Also remember that Banner of Tactics gives perma Resistance, limiting the pressure on fast cleanses.

Paragon has amazing Crowd control via "On Your Knees!", specifically on the Echo part of this skill and thanks to duplicating the Echo via Reverberation.
In order to Crowd control effectively, make sure to have at least two F-skills and enough Adrenaline ready. Then use "On Your Knees!", followed immediately by two F-skills (e.g. Chant of Action, Chant of Recuperation). This will trigger both Echo effects and deal 780 (!) AoE Defiance bar damage (300 raw + 90 from Superior Sigil of Paralyzation and times two due to the Echo triggering twice from Reverberation).
As follow-up CC, use Snap Pull, Disrupting Throw, or Spear Swipe.

Place Banner of Tactics on the group at the start of the phase to stack up Resistance.
Wait and bait Red, then use either use Path to Victory, or Line Breaker for Protection (Path to Victory through Marching Orders).
Then run out and wait for the Red to be dropped. Make sure to have Valiant Leap available.
Once Red is placed, use Valiant Leap to leap back to he group and "We Shall Return!" for the Condition Cleanse through the Echo of "We Shall Return!".
After the Fear hit, use Chant of Recuperation, Path to Victory, Defiant Roar, for cleansing and heals.
Use your Banner of Tactics as soon as it is ready again on the group for Resistance and repeat.

For Orb pushing and especially for Orb 2, swap to Spear. Besides the range, Maiming Spear and Spearmarshal's Support have multiple hits, so pushing power is still decent.
