Quickness dps with a ton of supportive utility in 
Stability, 
Resistance, Condition cleanse and more. Also has decent burst dps, but is overall on the lower end of dps.
Level 80 · ascended gear · Passive effects only
Unbuffed includes level base stats, selected gear, upgrades, Jade Bot, and supported passive traits. Infusions are included. Green values in parentheses include the food and utility consumable. Primary/Secondary switches between the weapon sets.

Quickness Firebrand offers easy access to tome utilities (
Tome of Justice, 
Tome of Resolve, 
Tome of Courage), because tome pages are not that relevant for dps. It also has higher damage than a Condition based Quickness Firebrand on this fight, due to Dragonvoid having lower Armor (translates into higher Power damage) and the instance being Night time (
Superior Sigil of the Night), which substantially benefits Power dps. It can provide the highest stability generation and uptime of any Quickness build with extra Uility and is the safest build for progression.Quickness is given via 
Mantra of Potence and Stability skills due to 
Stalwart Speed. Make sure to fully use all your Quick mantra charges when everyone is stacked and make sure to face in the correct way. Mantras have a small AoE around you and a cone in front of you.Quickness is also given by using your 
Mantra of Solace due to 
Liberator's Vow. Use one charge of your Mantra of Solace everytime it is has gained back all charges (this lines roughly up with the internal cooldown of Liberator's Vow).Quickness through Stalwart Speed comes from using Stability skills. For convenient timings, you can use a Stability skill whenever you also use a charge of Mantra of Solace, since the internal cooldown of Stalwart Speed is similar to @Liberator's Vow. However, specifically for Stability skills, make sure to save them when needed for crucial moments, like Mordremoth waves. Your Stab skills are: 
"Stand Your Ground!", 
Mantra of Liberation, and 
Epilogue: Unbroken Lines.Quickness and Stability in 
Stealth; do this between phases to upkeep Quickness. Stealth is also a good time to give 
Swiftness with 
Chapter 1: Unflinching Charge. Three casts will refund one page due to 
Swift Scholar.
Epilogue: Ashes of the Just regularly for additional 
Might, most notably just before a phase starts. After using 
Chapter 4: Scorched Aftermath for dps, you can use 
Chapter 2: Igniting Burst to Blast finisher the Fire field for additional Might if needed.
Chapter 3: Valiant Bulwark and also use the bubble to block a close Zhaitan Spit poison.Mantra of Solace, or Mantra of Liberation charges, unless someone will die if you don't give those boons, as it will put them on a long cooldown.
Furious Focus, which spawns a Symbol under you when you enter Tome of Justice if it's not on an internal cooldown.
Zealot's Resolution places a Symbol under you on a 30s cooldown when attacking targets below 75%. Be aware that this can mess up Stealth if the timing is very bad and it procs just before the end of the phase.
Binding Blade can not hit the Dragonvoid.
Chapter 2: Radiant Recovery and 
Epilogue: Eternal Oasis.Stability skills for a set of waves. For example, use "Stand Your Ground!" for the first and second wave and Mantra of Liberation, or Epilogue: Unbroken Lines for the last wave.
Chapter 3: Heated Rebuke is your base 
Crowd control that you can always use.
Bane Signet is a strong single target Crowd control that is especially useful for Orb Crowd control if needed.
Symbol of Luminance and Binding Blade also do minor Crowd control.Resistance for Zhaitan's Scream using 
Chapter 4: Stalwart Stand.Mantra of Solace for 
Protection before the 
Fear hits and Chapter 2: Radiant Recovery for cleansing Conditions.Binding Blade can not hit the Dragonvoid due to a bug. It doesn't connect to the construct hitbox properly.MinasInitial release.
