Quickness dps with okay boons, boonstrip and some 
Crowd control. However, doesn't offer much 
Stability.
Level 80 · ascended gear · Passive effects only
Unbuffed includes level base stats, selected gear, upgrades, Jade Bot, and supported passive traits. Infusions are included. Green values in parentheses include the food and utility consumable. Primary/Secondary switches between the weapon sets.

Quickness is given by casting Shroud skills: 
Anguish, 
Wanderlust, 
Preservation and 
Summon Spirits. Make sure to not cancel your Shroud skills. Preservation can easily be canceled. Wait 2x autoattacks after summoning Spirits before using Summon Spirits, otherwise you cancel their attack.
Stealth.
Innervate Preservation inside Shroud for Stability, or 
Weapon of Warding outside of Shroud for a semi 3x 
Aegis.
Xinrae's Weapon also gives a stack of Stability, but has a high Cooldown and cannot be used regularly. Use it for situations where neither of the other skills are ready.Crowd control skills are 
Grasping Darkness,
