DPSDifficultyRecommendedReaper is a fairly easy to play spec and a great all-around pick. It brings great 
Crowd control, excellent Cleave and Burst and also Boonstrip with 
Nightfall.
Level 80 · ascended gear · Passive effects only
Unbuffed includes level base stats, selected gear, upgrades, Jade Bot, and supported passive traits. Infusions are included. Green values in parentheses include the food and utility consumable. Primary/Secondary switches between the weapon sets.

EliteGreatsword/Spear PoV (little bit higher dps potential, but more difficult)
Superior Sigil of Cruelty on Staff and essentially only use this for stacking in intermissions. Other Weapons in the offset are also fine to run: e.g. Sword Mainhand for ranged attacks and a leap, Sword Offhand for more ranged attacks, Warhorn/Torch for Crowd control.
Relic of Fireworks, we want to spread out certain weapon skills. The shroud rotation for that is: 
Death's Charge, 6x 
Life Rend, Death's Charge, 
Soul Spiral, 3x AA, Death's Charge, 3x AA, 
Executioner's Scythe and leave Shroud.
Infusing Terror which is a very strong damage reduction. Hence, try to time Infusing Terror for mechanics that deal a lot of damage, especially for Zhaitan's Scream.Infusing Terror whenever you need 
Stability.Nightfall, which strips 3 boons on the initial hit."Chilled to the Bone!" for large AoE Crowd control.Executioner's Scythe and
