Eternity's Requiem can be slightly precast before the hitbox of the dragonvoid appears. It should always be cast at the center of the hitbox.
On Legendary Alliance Stance, you can use 
Alliance Tactics, Tree Song and Battle Dance, to provide boons to allies, which helps you get stacks during orb phases.
In emergency situations you can press Alliance Tactics to swap to Saint Viktor (blue) and use Awakening to stunbreak Allies. Both are instant casts and hence can be quickly casted reactionary. Battle Dance can also be used to provide 
Resistance to allies.
